That's right we had yet another snow day this week. Honestly, I could kind of get used to snow days about once a month, I don't mind staying in. The biggest problem is now I kinda feel like I am just now entering into the world again. It felt like we were at a good pace this semester & now it feels like we are starting over. Anyway, this snow day didn't really affect me too much since it was a Wednesday. For Lucy & I Wednesdays consist of going to Bible study, meeting high school girls or leaders for lunch, home, & then leadership at night. I had planned on using most of this Wednesday to work on my talk that I gave at YL club yesterday so that's mostly what I did, but we did manage to fit a few other things in like...
Pigtails!!!
Lucy Jane's first time to wear her hair in pig tails. We took these pics while watching Dora because she hated getting her hair done so to make her happy again we watched Dora.
We also made some Valentine's Day treats for Lucy's teachers at school. I got the idea of using Sonic drink holders for teacher gifts from my sister, Hannah, & it turned out to be a great thing & so cheap. I filled the drink holder with lotion from Bath & Body Works (got it for free b/c I am a member of the B&BW luv club), cookies, hot chocolate, a few pieces of candy, & a Valentine from Lucy Jane. I am so thankful for her pre-school teachers they do a great job & are so sweet to Lucy. I love that she is getting to go there twice a week this year.
