Yes, we are still inside & they have just called off school again for tomorrow! Crazy it was 11 here today! It just has not gotten any warmer so the snow & ice has not gone away. The roads are OK but there are still some people who have not been able to get out of their neighborhoods & definitely school buses can't drive on these roads so it's pretty much impossible to have school. We did get out last night & go to YL leadership. We decided to have it since all our leaders were out driving around anyway, everyone was going stir crazy, & some of leaders are in apartments & are running low on food so we needed to get them a hot meal. It was good to get out & see people. There were some high school girls at the house we went over to & they pretty much took over with Lucy & she was exhausted when we got home.
What have we been doing the last 3 days? Well sometimes nothing, sometimes lots of things. I was SO EXCITED to go to Target today, I had all my coupons ready & everything but our car wouldn't start so we stayed in, it was probably best. We have enjoyed the family time & extra sleep & it has been nice to catch-up on organizing things, working on our will, cleaning, etc. Cody has been working on grad school a lot & I have done some organizing of my coupons & my home binder - very nerdy but i have been wanting to do this for a while.
We got a snow suit from some friends yesterday so we will probably go out in the snow tomorrow, it's going to get up to 36 tomorrow!
