I am going to catch-up on blogging during the next couple of days. Even though these are things that happened before Miles was born I still want to blog about them so I can look back & remember them.
My sweet friends threw us the best party for Miles! They wanted to do a couples shower but we had to call it party b/c the guys were not too excited about attending a couples baby shower, so we convinced all the boys that it was a party & everyone had a great time.
The theme was camping & every little detail was so cute! I am so thankful for friends who would go to so much work to give us such a great party & celebrate Miles.
For dinner we had BBQ sandwiches, beans, chips, etc. The sandwiches were wrapped us so cute with brown paper tied with twine & had wooden utensils attached to them.
Loved the table decor, esp. the wooden candles!
Dessert table - mini gooey pumpkin pies, brownies & s'mores on a stick

Thanks to Jason we also played a little game - it was like the newly wed game but about babies.
Great friends who made this whole thing happen! We are standing in front of an old canoe were all the gifts were displayed. Also, each guest brought a letter for Miles's room...more on that later.
