I LOVE Easter & I'm always sad when it is over. I am so thankful that the cross was empty on Easter morning so that we could be free & have a relationship with our Savior. This Easter I found myself being so excited about teaching Lucy the meaning of Easter. She is too little to understand much but we read books & sang songs & hopefully next year we can do more & more so that she will understand the reason why we celebrate Easter.
Of course I have no pictures of Lucy on Easter in her sweet Easter dress. We were late for church & then went to lunch with friends & by the time we got home she had to take a nap or things would start getting bad! So I have her dress still laid out & I will get some pics of her in it later this week.
We had an Easter egg hunt with some friends on Saturday night & it was so fun. Lucy is really into hunting eggs, she loves it & it was fun to watch her!
